Wikis for collaboration

Wikis may be the next new technology of business collaboration, says a Business Week article:
Something Wiki This Way Comes. They quote Disney, Motorola and SAP as users of Wikis for collaboration. I visited a few different wikis before, but i was always too confused by the user interface and the strange links, although once i found my way in, the onterconnected nature of the wiki was great at leading me to the things i was searching for. But nevertheless i can see the potential for porject management and collaboration, if only they de-geeked the interface a bit.
